Refund policy

Due to our industry and quality control practices we are unable to accept returns due to personal, body care related products. 

Every order we send is filled with love as well as new, unused, unopened, nonreturned high quality product of which we are known for.. If you received the wrong product per your order, we will work to make it right as quickly as we can.

Refunds
We can only offer refunds on orders that have not yet left our facility due to quality control we put into place to hold the integrity of our products to our deserving customers. If you need a refund it must be requested and granted prior to the order shipping.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
